A woman harvests grapes on the rooftop of Akasaka Tameike Tower, 100 meters above the streets of central Tokyo. Three grape varieties are grown on the rooftop garden, which boasts panoramic views of the capital. “I’m relieved that we were able to harvest the crop safely,” said the worker who looks after the vines.
